What we collect

When you book a demo or email us, we receive the details you give us: your name, work email, company, role and anything you write in your message. This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange a demo and, if you become a client, to deliver your models. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

Client models and drawings

Drawings and data you send us are used only to build your models. Client models are hosted on private addresses behind a login, are excluded from search engines and are never shown on this website or used as examples without written permission.

Where it’s stored

This website and client models are served through Cloudflare. Enquiries arrive by email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@hvacviewer.com.
